Please note the following:
The series of marriage authorisations issued by the Chief Rabbi's Office does not commence until 1845. For the Great Synagogue no registers of duplicate ketubot exist prior to 1837; earlier entries (extant in 1930) may have been destroyed when the Great Synagogue was destroyed by bombing on 10/11 May 1941.
