Joyce had died in 1972 in England and he & Hannah married in 1976 and moved to Australia in 1977.
Both had services in Melbourne (Jewish so some record would be there).
Possibly, Hannah had a sister in Melbourne.
There was a memorial gathering in Echuca.
Harry Rachkind was a valued member of the Echuca Historical Society, a Rotarian, and a Mason.
